Sales Associate
Job description:
-Providing a high level of customer service and broad product knowledge.
-Merchandising the store and assisting with inventory duties.
-Organizing and cleaning the sales floor.
-Assisting with service and repair bookings.
-Answering the phone in a professional manner and following up to customer inquiries.
Requirements:
-Customer service experience.
-Interest in cycling (not only mountain biking).
-Being up to date with the latest trends in the bicycle industry.
The ideal candidate:
-Has a passion for cycling.
-Has some previous knowledge or experience in the industry.
-Thrives in a fast paced, fun and relaxed environment.
-Is self motivated and has excellent communication skills.
Job Type:
Full time & Part Time. Seasonal.
Hours:
Between 24-40 hours per week.
Tuesday-Saturday from 9:30-5:30.

Experienced Bike Mechanic
Job description:
-Assessing and recognizing mechanical problems on different types of bicycles (mountain, road, gravel, commuter and others).
-Performing advanced repairs and adjustments such as wheel builds, suspension services, brake bleeds, tune-ups, internal cable routing replacements and others.
-Replacing parts, ordering, following up, and communicating repair procedures with customers.
-Assisting with service and repair bookings.
-Providing a high level of customer service.
-Answering the phone in a professional manner and following up to customer inquiries and special orders.
Requirements:
-3-5 years of experience working as a bicycle mechanic.
-Excellent communication skills.
The ideal candidate:
-Has a passion for cycling.
-Has interest in updating their product knowledge and learn more about specialty repairs (such as E-bikes)
-Thrives in a fast paced, fun and relaxed environment.
-Is self motivated and has excellent communication skills.
