Customers must confirm sizing, compatibility, and specifications before purchase.

Report damaged or incorrect orders within 48 hours (or 7 days) of delivery with photos and your order number.

Bikes may require professional assembly and inspection. Customers are responsible for proper assembly, maintenance, and safe operation.

Manufacturer warranties may apply. Coverage excludes normal wear, misuse, crashes, or improper installation.
